Px3™, The People Experience Hub’s unique framework, is designed to create crystal clear insights and help you to transform your people’s experience of work - Lets explore the frequently asked questions from our framework...

What is PX3™?

PX3™ is a people experience framework developed by The People Experience Hub. It uses a science-backed, three-level approach to analyse employee data and provide actionable insights for organisations. This goes beyond traditional engagement surveys by delving deeper into the "why" behind employee behavior.

How is PX3™ different from other employee experience frameworks?

Unlike frameworks that focus solely on engagement scores, PX3™ analyses data through three lenses: Think, Feel, and Do. This holistic approach provides a deeper understanding of employee experiences, leading to more effective interventions and better business outcomes.

What are the three levels of PX3™?

Think: Represents an employee's perception of their work environment. This includes factors like leadership support, company culture, and growth opportunities.

Feel: Encompasses the emotional responses employees have towards their work and the organization. This includes feelings of belonging, well-being, and recognition.

Do: Refers to the actions employees are likely to take based on their thoughts and feelings. Examples include staying with the company, recommending it to others, or going above and beyond in their role.

How does understanding the "Think-Feel-Do" framework help organisations?

By understanding the interplay between these levels, organisations can identify the root causes of employee behavior and predict future actions. This allows for targeted interventions and strategies that address the underlying factors influencing employee experience.

Can you give an example of how the PX3™ framework works in practice?

Let's say an organisation wants to improve employee retention. Using PX3™, they discover that while employees think the company offers good benefits, they don't feel valued or appreciated, leading them to consider leaving (Do). This insight allows the company to focus on initiatives that foster a culture of appreciation and recognition, directly addressing the root cause of potential turnover.

What kind of business outcomes can PX3™ help achieve?

PX3™ helps drive positive change in various areas, including:

Increased employee engagement and retention: By understanding and addressing employee needs, organisations can foster a more engaged and committed workforce.

Improved performance and productivity: A positive employee experience translates into increased motivation and better performance.

Enhanced employer brand and attraction: Creating a positive and supportive work environment makes companies more attractive to top talent. Who benefits from using the PX3™ framework?

The PX3™ framework benefits everyone in the organisation:

Leaders: Gain actionable insights to make informed decisions regarding organisational culture, employee development, and talent management.

HR Professionals: Have access to a powerful tool to measure, analyse, and improve the employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

Employees: Benefit from a work environment that values their well-being, fosters their growth, and provides a sense of belonging.
