Today, we talk with our Client Success Executive, Sara, to find out more about her job role at the PxHub and why she does what she does.
What do you do for The People Experience hub?
I'm a Client Success Executive. Essentially, I help set surveys, life cycle surveys, data cleanses and help desk.
How did you get into doing what you do now?
I did a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resource Management and figured out what interested me the most and decided to do a Master's degree in Business and Organisational Psychology - I'm still studying this at the moment and so far I've been finding it super interesting!
What advice would you give to someone starting in your industry?
Challenge yourself. It's not about being better than anyone else, it's about every day trying to be a better version of yourself.
If you could see one movie again for the first time, what would it be and why?
Honestly? I would love to be able to watch the Hannah Montana movie like it was the first time watching it, might be cheesy but it was part of my childhood and always made me so happy to watch and sing along.
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Rice. Love rice with every meal. Could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, no problem.
