Today, we talk with our Client Success Manager, Sara, to find out more about her job role at the PxHub and why she does what she does.

What do you do for The People Experience hub?

I'm a Client Success Manager. I help taking clients through their journey with us, from onboarding, working through survey setup and post survey close. I try to help the team where possible and work through as much organisational psychology content as I can to start diving into real life experience now that I have completed my degree on this.

How did you get into doing what you do now?

I did a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resource Management and figured out what interested me the most and decided to do a Master's degree in Business and Organisational Psychology. Loved every second of that degree and it's amazing to see what I learned reflected on what I'm working now.

What advice would you give to someone starting in your industry?

Be yourself and strive to learn from those around you. There is always something to learn, something to improve on and that's okay. No one is perfect and we can learn a lot from others.

If you could see one movie again for the first time, what would it be and why?

Honestly? I would love to be able to watch the Hannah Montana movie like it was the first time watching it, might be cheesy but it was part of my childhood and always made me so happy to watch and sing along.

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Rice. Love rice with every meal. Could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, no problem.
